Honda’s ₹2.34 Lakh October Discount Isn’t on the New Elevate

Honda’s October offers top ₹2.34 lakh, but that’s mostly on outgoing Elevate stock, not the facelift. Here’s what each model and variant actually gets.

Honda is offering up to ₹2,34,600 in cash, exchange and accessory benefits this October, but that top figure belongs to the Elevate SUV Honda just stopped building, not the facelifted one it launched on October 6. The new facelift tops out at ₹63,600, with no cash discount at all. The City and Amaze get their own, smaller October benefits on top.

These figures come from an October 2026 dealer-scheme breakdown published by AutoPunditz, with the headline numbers corroborated by Dainik Jagran. Most coverage runs the ₹2.34 lakh headline without flagging which Elevate it applies to. Ask for "the Elevate offer" and a dealer could easily show you a pre-facelift ZX, quote the big number, and never mention that the car you actually want, the one with the new grille and connected tail lamps, gets a fraction of that.

Which Elevate Actually Gets the ₹2.34 Lakh Offer

Honda dealers are clearing two stocks of Elevate right now: the outgoing, pre-facelift car (what dealer bulletins label "Pre-MMC", for pre-Minor Model Change) and the facelift Honda launched on 6 October 2026 from ₹11.80 lakh ("B-MMC"). Only the outgoing stock carries the headline discount, and only on its top ZX and ZX ADV trims.

The facelift gets no cash discount in its first month, only exchange and loyalty-type benefits that need you to already own a car or work for an eligible employer. If a dealer quotes anything close to ₹2.34 lakh off a facelifted Elevate, ask for the chassis number and manufacturing date in writing first.

What the Facelift Actually Costs on the Road

On The Spec’d’s own price pages, the base facelifted SV MT has an ex-showroom price of ₹11.81 lakh and comes to about ₹13.8 lakh on the road in Mumbai, once you add Maharashtra’s 12% road tax, insurance and FASTag. Surat is the cheapest of the 39 cities we price it in, at ₹13.08 lakh on-road, about ₹72,060 less than Mumbai purely on lower state road tax.

Worked on that Mumbai on-road price, the EMI calculator puts the SV MT’s monthly payment at about ₹23,179 with 20% down over five years at 9.5% interest. These are estimates on our own figures, not a dealer quote, so treat them as a starting point for negotiation rather than a final number.

Honda City and Amaze: The Smaller October Offers

The City’s benefits top out on the ZX and ZX+ trims, and the Amaze’s on the third-generation ZX. Neither car has a facelift confusing the picture this month.

Honda Amaze2nd-gen S (old stock)₹10,000₹10,000₹57,600

On The Spec’d’s City price page, the ZX+ Petrol MT lists at ₹16.36 lakh ex-showroom, a ₹89,000 step over the plain ZX Petrol MT for a sunroof and LED kit. Since the ₹60,000 cash discount applies equally to both, the ZX MT is the one that actually makes sense this month. On the Amaze’s price page, the current ZX MT lists at ₹9.39 lakh ex-showroom, close to Maruti Dzire ZXi+ territory once October’s ₹66,800 comes off.

Which Variant Is Actually Worth Buying This Month

If you want the new face and the factory 360-degree camera, buy the facelifted Elevate V MT. It is not discounted much, but it is not overpriced either at ₹12.27 lakh ex-showroom, and you are not gambling on dealer stock age. Skip chasing the ₹2.34 lakh Pre-MMC ZX deal unless a dealer can show you a build date from before October 2026 in writing, since nothing stops a salesperson from quoting the bigger number against the wrong car.

On the City, the ZX Petrol MT is the sweet spot: it gets the same ₹60,000 cash discount as the ZX+ without paying ₹89,000 extra for a sunroof. On the Amaze, the 3rd-gen ZX MT at ₹66,800 off is the only configuration worth considering; the 2nd-gen S trim being cleared out is a genuinely older platform, not just an older number.

The biggest number in Honda’s October campaign belongs to a car Honda has stopped making. Read the fine print before you read the discount.

None of these benefits stack automatically, corporate and self-employed offers need proof of eligibility, and amounts vary by city and dealer stock. Confirm the figure with your dealer before booking. Buyers cross-shopping this budget can also see every car under ₹20 lakh on The Spec’d.

Is the Honda Elevate facelift available with a discount in October 2026?

Yes, but modestly. The facelifted Elevate launched on 6 October 2026 gets up to ₹63,600 in exchange, loyalty, corporate and extended-warranty benefits across all grades, with no cash discount. The much larger ₹2,34,600 figure applies only to leftover pre-facelift ZX and ZX ADV stock.

Which Honda Elevate variant gets the ₹2.34 lakh offer?

Only the outgoing, pre-facelift ZX and ZX ADV trims, through a combination of ₹50,000 cash, ₹80,000 exchange bonus, and smaller loyalty, corporate and accessory benefits. Lower trims on the outgoing car get less, down to ₹42,700 on the SV.

What are Honda’s October 2026 offers on the City and Amaze?

The City’s ZX and ZX+ trims get up to ₹1,70,900, made up of a ₹60,000 cash discount and ₹50,000 exchange bonus plus smaller benefits; the City e:HEV hybrid gets just ₹15,000. The Amaze’s 3rd-generation ZX trim gets up to ₹66,800, while older 2nd-generation stock gets up to ₹57,600.
