Maruti Suzuki’s Arena dealerships are running benefits of up to ₹1.65 lakh in October 2026, and the biggest cheque isn’t on the Swift or WagonR everyone searches for. It’s on the Victoris strong hybrid. But that headline number hides something every “up to” offer list in this segment glosses over: more than half of it is an exchange or scrappage bonus you only get if you’re trading in an old vehicle. Walk in with nothing to trade, and most of these offers shrink by a third or more.
Here’s the real breakdown, model by model, variant by variant, and what you actually walk away with if you have no car to exchange.
Every Arena Offer This Month, Variant by Variant
These figures are reported by Autocar India for October 2026 and independently corroborated for the Swift and Victoris by a separate Daily Jagran roundup the same month. Offers vary by city, dealer and stock, so confirm the exact number with your dealer before booking.
| Model | Variant | Up to | What it’s made of |
| Victoris | Strong Hybrid | ₹1,65,000 | ₹40,000 cash + ₹30,000 loyalty upgrade + ₹95,000 exchange (or ₹45,000 scrappage) |
| Victoris | Petrol | ₹1,10,000 | Exchange/scrappage plus other offers |
| Victoris | CNG | ₹95,000 | Exchange/scrappage plus other offers |
| Swift | Blitz Edition petrol | ₹71,000 | Includes a discounted accessory kit |
| Swift | Other petrol | ₹40,000 | ₹10,000 cash + ₹25,000 exchange + ₹5,000 extra |
| Swift | CNG | ₹30,000 | ₹25,000 exchange + ₹5,000 extra |
| Celerio | Petrol | ₹67,500 | ₹40,000 cash + ₹25,000 exchange + ₹2,500 extra |
| WagonR | Waltz Edition petrol | ₹67,000 | Free accessory kit plus a small extra discount |
| WagonR | Other petrol | ₹57,500 | ₹30,000 cash + ₹25,000 exchange + ₹2,500 extra |
| Alto K10 | LXi petrol | ₹57,500 | ₹30,000 cash + ₹25,000 exchange + ₹2,500 extra |
| Alto K10 | Other petrol / CNG | ₹47,500 / ₹37,500 | Scrappage bonus up to ₹10,000 replaces the exchange option |
| S-Presso | Petrol | ₹37,500 | ₹10,000 cash + ₹25,000 exchange + ₹2,500 extra |
| Eeco | Petrol | ₹37,500 | ₹10,000 cash + ₹25,000 exchange + ₹2,500 extra |

What You Actually Get With Nothing to Trade In
Every one of these offers leans on the exchange bonus for most of its value, and exchange and scrappage bonuses are alternatives to each other, never both at once. Strip that portion out and the real, no-trade-in number is far smaller than the headline figure a dealer or a listicle will quote you.
On the standard Swift petrol, the advertised ₹40,000 is ₹10,000 cash plus ₹5,000 extra without a trade-in: ₹15,000, not ₹40,000. On the WagonR and Alto K10, the same math knocks ₹57,500 down to ₹32,500. Even on the Victoris Strong Hybrid, the ₹1.65 lakh headline is ₹70,000 in cash and loyalty bonus alone, a loyalty upgrade bonus that typically needs you to already own a Maruti Suzuki car. A first-time buyer with no vehicle to exchange is really looking at ₹70,000, not ₹1.65 lakh.
The exchange bonus is doing most of the work in every “up to” figure this month. If you’re not trading in an old car, read the small print before you walk into a showroom expecting the big number.

Which Offer Is Actually Worth Chasing
If you have an old car to trade in or scrap, the Celerio and the standard Swift petrol are the best pure cash deals in the lineup: ₹40,000 and ₹10,000 cash respectively, stacked on top of the exchange bonus, with no special edition required. Skip the Swift Blitz Edition and WagonR Waltz Edition unless you actually want their accessory packs. Most of their ₹67,000-₹71,000 figure is the kit itself, not cash in your pocket, and reselling an accessory kit later gets you nothing.
What the Victoris and Swift Actually Cost on the Road
These are the entry petrol trims that qualify for each model’s headline offer, priced on The Spec’d’s own city price pages, before any October discount is applied. Treat them as a starting point to negotiate from, not a dealer’s final bill.
| Model (entry trim) | Ex-Showroom | On-Road in Mumbai | Cheapest of 39 Cities | EMI (20% down, 5 yrs, 9.5%) |
| Victoris LXi Petrol MT | ₹10.49 Lakh | ₹12.28 Lakh | Surat, ₹11.64 Lakh | ₹20,637/month |
| Swift LXi Petrol MT | ₹5.84 Lakh | ₹6.83 Lakh | Puducherry, ₹6.42 Lakh | ₹11,482/month |
The Victoris costs ₹64,000 more on the road in Mumbai than in Surat, and the Swift swings by ₹41,000 between Puducherry and Mumbai, city taxes alone, before any Arena offer or dealer haggling. See the full variant-by-variant breakdown and EMI on our Swift city price page.

Most of these models, from the Eeco to the Swift, already sit in The Spec’d’s list of every car under ₹10 lakh ex-showroom, which is a better place to compare them against rivals outside the Maruti stable than any single-brand offer page.

The Spec’d covered Maruti’s Nexa offers for October separately, since the Grand Vitara and Nexa lineup carry their own, different discount structure, and broader festive discounts across Tata, Maruti and Hyundai back in August, before this month’s Arena-specific figures existed.
Is the Maruti Arena October 2026 offer the same in every city?
No. Autocar India and other reports describe these as national maximum figures. Dealers set the exact cash discount, exchange valuation and stock-linked bonuses city by city and even showroom by showroom, so the number your local Arena dealer quotes can be lower than the ₹1.65 lakh ceiling.
Do I lose the exchange bonus if I don’t have an old car?
Yes. The exchange bonus, which makes up ₹25,000 to ₹95,000 of these offers depending on the model, requires handing over an old vehicle, either to the dealer or for scrapping under the government’s vehicle scrappage programme. Without one, you only get the cash discount and any additional offer.
Which Arena car has the best real October 2026 discount?
By cash-in-hand value alone, with no trade-in, the Celerio’s ₹40,000 cash discount is the strongest in the lineup. By total value, the Victoris Strong Hybrid’s ₹1.65 lakh is the biggest, but only if you’re trading in or scrapping an old car and already own a Maruti Suzuki, which the loyalty bonus typically requires.
