The Spec'd take

Why it stands out

  • A full 125cc family scooter for Rs 74,710, only about Rs 800 more than Hero's own Destini 110.
  • Hero claims 56 kmpl from a government-certified test, helped by i3S idle stop-start.
  • Useful daily touches: mobile charging port, boot lamp, external fuel filler and a digi-analog console.
  • Retro chrome styling, body-coloured mirrors and visor and LED guide lamps give it a classy, grown-up look.
  • Backed by a 5-year or 50,000 km warranty.

Worth knowing

  • Drum brakes at both ends with no disc option.
  • Rides on 10-inch steel wheels, smaller than the 12-inch wheels on Hero's own Destini 110.
  • Halogen headlamp and a mostly analogue console with no Bluetooth.
  • A 5 litre fuel tank is on the small side for a 125cc scooter.
